THE CHALLENGE
Painted in 2015 on the Stone Unlimited building in Salt Lake City, “GODLIKE” was a self-initiated project designed to push the boundaries of uncommissioned public art. The challenge was to execute a 100ft long horizontal narrative using only a ladder—no scaffolding or lifts. Battling unpredictable Utah weather, from intense sun exposure to torrential rain, I aimed to create a powerful, unavoidable visual experience that blended mythological storytelling with hyper-realistic aerosol techniques.

The composition flows from left to right, depicting the Greek deities Neptune, Zeus, and Hades, culminating in a cosmic eye representing the universe. This 100ft aerosol realism mural was completed in approximately 50 hours with zero stencils, tape, or projectors. After its completion, the piece became a global sensation, reaching the #1 post on Reddit and solidifying my reputation as a premier Utah mural artist capable of creating high-impact, culturally resonant landmarks.
